It features one-way stretch elastic with hook and loop closures to help stabilize lumbar, sacral and abdominal muscles and ligaments. The 6'' wide overlapping elastic bands permit the garment to fit a variety of figure types.
Fitting Instructions: In a standing posision, place the support around your mid back. Be sure the bottom section of the support is applied to the upper buttocks area. Pull both side straps evenly until the support is snug. Keep the support snug in the back, overlap the two side straps and fasten the closures. We recommend readjusting periodically throughout the day or as needed. A snug but not tight support does the best job.
